For the internal management of the enterprise, each position is assigned specific tasks: the company's office will continue to carry out irregular and irregular job inspection management to ensure that organizational discipline is in place; The human resources and training departments should regularly carry out special training on AI technology and corporate culture to improve the overall quality of employees; The technical department needs to cooperate with the workshop to carry out self-inspection work on the utilization of old materials and cost reduction and efficiency increase to reduce production costs; The marketing department should speed up the pace of market expansion of new products, gradually extend to the international market, and further strengthen the management of receivables and payables; At the same time, on the existing basis, the work report system of the safety and environmental protection department, the company's office and the project department is added to promote the timely transmission of information and closed-loop supervision.

Combined with the above management measures, the meeting also reviewed and approved five key development plans: first, the finishing workshop will be corporatized, and resources will be integrated to form a "green branch", which will be operated in a contracted or independent business mode, and the finance will be managed by the head office in a unified manner; Second, with the Ministry of High-quality Development as the core, the Science and Technology Bureau and the Economic and Information Bureau will be linked to set up a team for the production, installation and commissioning of UEI production chain data acquisition devices to accelerate the digitalization of the production chain and the confirmation of physical data rights; Third, the Ministry of High-quality Development and the Project Section are responsible for summarizing and reporting the declaration of national data rights confirmation; Fourth, look for external hardware and software partners to jointly promote the construction of process digital informatization, covering five core functions; Fifth, guided by the goal of building a lighthouse factory, we will strive to complete the implementation by 2025.
