Application
- PVC furniture foil (direct lamination) — printed and coated PVC foil for direct press-lamination onto MDF and particleboard furniture panels without impregnation or additional adhesive paper.
- SPC flooring decorative film — printed PVC wear layer film for stone-plastic composite flooring, combining wood or stone print with UV hard-coat surface treatment.
- Profile wrapping film — flexible printed PVC or PP film applied to window profiles, door frames, skirting boards, and furniture edges by hot-melt profile wrapping machines.
- Metallised decorative foil — printing wood grain and abstract patterns on metallised PET carrier film for high-gloss furniture fronts and decorative inserts.
- Self-adhesive decorative film — printing and coating of self-adhesive vinyl film for removable wall covering, furniture refacing, and architectural surface decoration applications.
- Heat transfer decorative foil — printing release-coated carrier film with wood grain or pattern for heat transfer lamination onto furniture and flooring substrates.
Advantages
- Print and coat in one pass — integrated printing and coating on a single line eliminates intermediate reel storage, re-threading, and the risk of surface damage between separate print and coat operations.
- Corona treatment for reliable ink adhesion — inline corona station raises PVC and PP film surface energy to 38–44 dynes/cm immediately before the first print unit, ensuring consistent water-based ink adhesion on inherently low-surface-energy film substrates.
- UV hard coat in-line capability — UV-curable hard coat applied and cured within the same line pass eliminates a separate hard-coat operation; finished foil exits the line with full surface hardness immediately.
- Moisture-insensitive substrate — film-based decorative foils do not absorb humidity, eliminating the dimensional instability, edge-curl, and blocking issues that affect paper in high-humidity lamination environments.
- Recyclable substrate options — PP and PET film options provide recyclability at end of product life, meeting the sustainability requirements of furniture brands committed to circular economy standards.
